I chose Yopa not because of the Yopa platform or organisation but because of the local Angus agent, Megan McMillan, whom I felt was the best of the many agents I had assessed. I had expected to go the route of the typical more old fashioned shop window agent but found that in the last 20 years the way they operated had changed. Fees had reduced but so had the willingness to be available. Traditional agents were putting the onus back on the seller. One agent could not even be bothered to come and meet me. This was not the case with Megan at Yopa. She was as 24/7 as one could reasonably expect. She knew her market and took the lead in everything. She organised everything efficiently and the Yopa platform seemed to bring in a good amount of viewings though some small aspects of the Yopa auto communication system could do with some improvement. The Yopa admin may only be 4* but the agent was 5* and that was what mattered. Like it or not this is the new way of selling.
